As the local government elections will be held on 26 October 2024, Yarra Ranges Council will assume a caretaker role from Tuesday 17 September 2024. During the caretaker period, there will be limited changes made to the content on Council's websites. Information will only be added to this website in accordance with caretaker requirements.

The Centre for Multicultural Youth (CMY) are currently looking for young people aged 16-25 from refugee or migrant backgrounds to co-design and deliver their new program, Speak Up, which will be designed to promote gender equity among multicultural young people in Victoria. You will be paid for your time!

The 2022 Mission Australia Youth Survey is now open. It's the largest online youth survey in Australia and provides a platform for young people aged 15 to 19 to ‘speak up’ about the issues that really concern them. The survey closes on 12th August. Contribute your voice here.
Orygen is seeking young queer and trans people of colour (QTPOC) to participate in an interview and a workshop (optional) to understand their experiences accessing professional mental health care. The Royal Children’s Hospital are looking for young people (over 15 years), and families, carers, and supporters in who have experience of mental health challenges and recovery.
