University of the Third Age (U3A)

U3A is a learning cooperative for older people to share educational, creative and leisure activities.  Membership is open to anyone in retirement or semi-retirement.

When you join a U3A group at Healesville, Mt Dandenong, Sherbrooke, Upper Yarra or Yarra Ranges for an additional $10 you can access classes across the 5 groups.

Whilst not specifically targeting older people, Neighbourhood Houses are another way of linking into community and enjoying educational and social opportunities with like minded people of all ages.
