Immunisations should not be given earlier than age stated. If your child is absent at the time of a school visit the vaccines are available at any of our public immunisation sessions.

Immunisation history requests and school entry certificates

All children enrolling for primary school must be able to provide their immunisation history. 
Get a primary school certificate.

For secondary school immunisation records complete our Request immunisation history.

If records are not available, please contact your doctor for further advice.
