Antenatal
classes
Antenatal
classes help prepare you and your partner or support people for the experience of childbirth.
They are
a great opportunity to learn about what happens during childbirth so
that you are well prepared. They are also a great opportunity to learn new skills and meet people who are going through a similar experience.
The classes are offered at hospitals and community health centres.
