The Coordination Plan has been implemented to ensure consistent levels of safety across all Yarra Ranges worksites.
The Coordination Plan details the processes and personnel a Contractor uses on site to manage Health and Safety in accordance with the OH&S Act 2004, OH&S Regulations 2007 and Yarra Ranges Shire Councils requirements.
The aim of the Coordination Plan is to provide the Superintendent/Contract Supervisors with the relevant site information for consistent supervision, auditing and verification purposes.
Where required, the Contractor will complete, and submit to the Superintendent/Contract Supervisor, a Coordination Plan that details how the works will be completed without risk to health and safety.

The Contractor must have access to a copy of the Coordination Plan at all times to ensure the document is kept up to date and the Coordination Plan shall be made available to the Superintendent/Contract Supervisor for monitoring/auditing purposes.
