The Volunteer XCHANGE helps connect volunteers who would like to share their passion, skills and talents with the many community groups in Yarra Ranges and their worthwhile and short term projects.
Volunteers and community groups can register their details on the Volunteer XCHANGE. If a volunteer is interested in an opportunity with a community group they can apply directly online to the group. Community groups can also update new projects that require volunteer support.

Volunteer with an Environmental or Landcare Group
There are many active environmental or Landcare Groups in Yarra Ranges working on both private and public land to enhance and protect our natural environment and the biodiversity of this region. Volunteer with Aged & Disability Services
We provide a range of services and programs to aged, frail and other people who need support to remain living independently in their homes. Volunteers are the backbone for maintaining some of these services that include Planned Activity Groups. Food Delivery (e.g. Meals on Wheels) and Social Support. Become a Volunteer Youth Mentor
Youth Services conducts the Jindi Woraback Youth Mentor Program, that includes a homework support group and the L2P Program for young learner drivers seeking to build their 120 hours of driving experience. Both these programs seek volunteer mentors to support young people in Yarra Ranges.
