Need help?

If you have a general planning enquiry, we have a duty planner assigned to answer your questions every day during business hours on 9294 6222. Please supply your first name and the property address you are enquiring about.

If a written response is required, this needs to be in writing along with the relevant fee Fee Schedule. In most cases you will receive a written response within 2 weeks, and if we cannot meet this time frame we will contact you to discuss.  Pre application appointments are recommended prio to lodging an application and can be arranged by contacting Planning Services on 9294 6222, by fax on 9735 4249 or email.
