Capacity for 20 people.

This venue is used as change rooms for the sporting clubs using the Keith Hume Fraser Reserve.  It is suitable for community meetings, but not available for social functions or teenage parties.

There are no cleaners for this venue - hirers need to clean the venue before and after their event.

Standard Hourly Rate                      $14.75

Community Group Hourly Rate       $7.40

Public Liability Insurance                $13.50 per booking
