Family & Children's Services Hubs

Community Hubs offer a range of services in one convenient location.  Several hubs provide Family and Children's Services.

These are currently located at:

• Yarra Junction (Upper Yarra Family Centre)
• Upwey (Sherbrooke Family and Children's Services)
• Monbulk (Monbulk Living and Learning Centre)
• Healesville Family and Children's Centre at Vimy Ridge in Healesville.  This centre is operated by EACH in partnership with Yarra Ranges Council. 

Plans are currently being developed for a further hub located at Durham Road Kilsyth in partnership with Japara Neighbourhood House.
