Certificates, Plans & Information Requests

You can apply for a number of certificates and request property information as well as copies of plans. Please click on the appropriate form links on this page and return it with the appropriate fee.

When applying for plans you must provide proof of ownership, or have written consent from the owner, attached to your application.

While every effort will be made to locate your plans, we cannot guarantee that they will be available.  If your home was built before 1966 it is unlikely that plans will be available. If plans are not located, a refund will not be applicable.

Please allow 15 days for the information to be returned.
