Barking Dogs
A barking dog can become a nuisance and cause friction between neighbours, making life unpleasant for everyone involved.
If you have an issue with a barking dog you can lodge a complaint, but there's a few things we ask you to do first.
-
If possible, speak with your neighbour. They may not even know it's a problem (ie dog only barks when they're at work etc.). This may resolve the issue without any further action.
-
If you are unable to resolve the issue with your neighbour you can lodged a complaint with the Local Laws Team. Any complaints regarding barking dogs MUST be in writing and contain the following information
You can forward the information:

By post: PO BOX 105, Lilydale 3140
